What your company pays separately
Mr Rider documents the travel. Your company pays for it.
Mr Rider sets no rate per kilometre and suggests none. Your company applies its own rate to accepted kilometres and pays its riders directly. Salaries never enter Mr Rider.
What is charged?
A subscription per rider per month, priced by team size. Managers and company administrators are included.
What does my company pay separately?
Rider travel reimbursement at your own rate, and salaries. Both are paid by your company, outside Mr Rider.
Are there contracts or trials?
Terms are still being finalised. We will agree them with you before any pilot starts.
